My name's Cassandra and I founded Mali Flores in 2015. 

I started creating arrangements as a local flower delivery service. I was still working a full time job in the corporate world but my heart was set on creating “floral” magic (a feeling I believe good design can give). I used to venture to the markets at 5am and bring buckets of flowers to the office! I may have gotten strange looks from management...  

I quickly realised that my heart really lied with the meaning behind gifting flowers. The pure joy of seeing someone receive a gift of flowers made me understand the impact they can have on people. I wanted to marry my passion for celebrations with the impact of flowers and that turned into designing unique arrangements for milestone occasions.

We now specialise in wedding florals that elevate an event from stock-standard to distinctively timeless. There is no box ticking or picking from a catalogue here. Whether you’re spending $3,000 or $15,000 each arrangement is designed specifically for you. Throughout the lead up to the wedding we will talk about all the aspects of the day from your dress, your make up, your venue, your colour selections, linens and much more! It's important to us to get to know who you are and what your day will be like from a holistic perspective.

We focus on seasonal flowers to create arrangements that are unapologetically natural and have a garden-like feel to them. Trust is important here - when we have freedom to pick the season's best on market day is when the magic truely happens! Those Instagram and Pinterest famous weddings are born out of the minds of florists and event designers running wild with their experience and their creativity.

My designers & I don’t take our jobs lightly. We truely believe that we’re contributing to the feeling & vibes of one of the most important days of your lives. We are committed to creating a relaxed, fun and open conversation throughout the whole process. We love chatting about budget and what we can create just for you.
